I have over 20 years business experience working with blue chip companies across Europe. Most of my early career was spent as a senior business manager and human resources and organisational development consultant. I was a management team member (Head of HR) of a market leading customer relationship management consultancy and management and communication skills training company, which won many training awards over the period 1982-1998.
Over the last five years, I have worked across Europe at operational, middle and senior management levels to deliver change programmes, individual performance improvement, team building and leadership development.
Over the past three years, I have specialised in executive coaching, team development and training in management, and communication skills in order to assist business leaders to develop a clear sense of personal direction, achieve career aims, and develop a more balanced, nurturing lifestyle. I have an excellent understanding of what motivates and influences people and my ability to create trust and rapport with clients often leads to long term working relationships.

Recent assignments include coaching a senior executive during a rapid
restructuring to ensure that people were willing to give their best in
achieving the new objectives; management of all HR aspects of a major
change programme for a national airline, including mentoring of key staff
members; recruitment of management for start up dot.com; the restructuring
of a European customer centre operations for a motor company to improve
performance and stability; consulting on HR, culture, and operational
